All digital photos available for purchase are the exclusive property of Kristen Harris Photography. Upon purchasing a digital photo, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the photo for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of any photo is strictly prohibited unless a separate commercial license has been granted.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices for digital photos are listed in USD, and payment is due at the time of purchase. Kristen Harris Photography reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Any additional fees, such as taxes or transaction fees, will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery of Downloaded Digital Photos

After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link for your digital photo(s). It is your responsibility to ensure that the email provided is correct and able to receive the download link. The download link will be valid for [X number of days or downloads], after which it will expire.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be provided once the digital photo has been delivered.
